Eagle Lake Mifoil Control Teams Comments- as they relate to the APA's RASS-1 request for comment on the Appropriate use of the Aquatic herbicides Renovate and Renovate OTF for the management of EWM, an Aquatic Invasive Plant. These are being submitted via e-mail as was suggested in a phone conversation with Mr. Snezik on or about November 5, 2013, while discussing the submission time line and other topics related to the request for comment.
