2019 Broken Pole Page
Some severe storms rolled through the area on the 17th resulting in some tree damage on Fox Island, as well as a tree falling on a camper driving past the lake on rt 74, resulting in a pair of broken power poles. National Grid came out and made temporary repairs to get power restored and the road open, and came out the following day with a specialized "rock drill" to permanently replace the broken poles.
